At Laayo, we are committed to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services within the Birtamod area. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to our users.
By placing an order through Laayo, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Laayo currently delivers within Birtamod and surrounding areas only.
Service availability may vary depending on your location, vendor coverage, and delivery partner availability.
Expansion to other regions of Nepal will be announced in the future.
Laayo offers the following services:
🛒 Grocery & Essentials Delivery – Delivered from partnered vendors directly to your doorstep.
🍲 Food Delivery – Hot and fresh meals from local restaurants.
💊 Pharmacy & Health Delivery – Medicines and wellness products from trusted vendors.
📦 Parcel Delivery – Small and medium-sized packages delivered across Birtamod.
Standard Orders (Groceries, Pharmacy, Parcels): Estimated 30–90 minutes, depending on vendor preparation and distance.
Food Orders: Delivered within 30–60 minutes, subject to vendor preparation and traffic conditions.
Scheduled Deliveries: Some vendors may allow scheduling in advance.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, vendor preparation, strikes, or other unforeseen factors.
Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, order type, and vendor policies.
Fees will be shown before order confirmation.
In case of promotions or offers, shipping may be discounted or free.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Users can track their order status in real time via the Laayo User App/Website.
Delivery Partners’ live location may be shown once the order is dispatched.
An order may be marked as “Failed Delivery” if:
The user is unavailable at the delivery address.
Incorrect address or contact details were provided.
The user refuses the order without valid reason.
In such cases:
The full order amount (including delivery fees) may still be charged.
For prepaid orders, refunds may not apply as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Food, groceries, and medicines are considered perishable or sensitive items.
Users must be available to receive such deliveries promptly.
Laayo is not liable for quality issues if delivery is delayed due to user unavailability.
Vendors are responsible for packaging products securely.
Delivery Partners are trained to handle items safely during transport.
Laayo encourages eco-friendly and safe packaging practices.
Delivery of illegal, restricted, or hazardous goods is strictly prohibited.
Delivery Partners may refuse to deliver if they suspect violations of law or safety.
Age-restricted items (e.g., medicines, tobacco where legal) may require ID verification upon delivery.
For user safety, Laayo supports contactless delivery (where possible).
Users can request the partner to leave the order at the doorstep and confirm via phone/app.
